Refund policy

If you'd like a refund for your order, items must be shipped and returned. Simply email us at shopsolovelyjewels@gmail.com and let us know how we can help you. When returning a package, be sure to get tracking information so that your package is traceable, and you must put a note in your package with your order number and name for us to process your exchange. Once your package has arrived to us, please allow 7-12 days for processing.
