every piece of jewelry is hand-assembled with love. We use quality extender chains, jump rings, pendants, lobster clasps & chains to ensure every item is sent out without imperfection. Our gold filled jewelry is meant for everyday wear & does not tarnish, even in water. 
Why purchase shipping insurance?
If anything happens to your package (if it gets lost, misplaced, stolen, or did not receive it), we are able to ship you a second order ONLY if you purchased the insurance shipping at checkout. we are not liable if anything happens to your package while in transportation otherwise.

 Damaged item policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact shop@solovelyjewels.com immediately if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival due to shipping transportation, we can evaluate the issue via email and & either ship out a new item or grant a refund. However, after 20 days of purchase solovelyjewels is not responsible for any item(s) or jewelry that is defective. 

How to Return/Exchange
Simply email us at shop@solovelyjewels.com and let us know how we can help you. When returning a package, be sure to get tracking information so that your package is traceable, and you must put a note in your package with your order number and name for us to process your exchange. Once your package has arrived to us, please allow 7-12 days for processing

why didn't I receive a confirmation email or tracking information?
You have most likely inputted a typo when putting in your email address or phone number. You should receive a confirmation email right away. If you did not, please email shop@solovelyjewels.com with your order number and ask to confirm your email and resend the notification.
What if I Inputted the wrong home address at checkout?
If this happens, you may email shop@solovelyjewels.com and ask for a refund only if it has not been shipped out yet, we will then cancel your order & you may re-order if you wish to do so. If it has already been shipped to an incorrect address, we will hopefully get the package returned to us, then re-ship the item(s) once we receive it.
my tracking number says its been delivered, but the package isn't there
 We advise you to wait 3 days as your package may have been mixed up with neighbors mail. If it doesn't show up within 3 days, email us and we will file a missing package claim with USPS. If it still does not show up on our end, we are only able to re-ship your items if you purchased insurance with your order.
